Rosnay Farmstay

Step back in time to this 1910 Canowindra farmhouse built of solid block typical of the era. Canowindra farmers Richard and Florence Statham have restored this as a comfortable guest house and farm stay. It has one twin room and two queen rooms, and for extra guests, it also has a foldout couch in the sleep-out. There is a veranda with tables and a barbecue, a kitchen-dining room, a lounge room and one shared bathroom. Essentials (tea, coffee and milk) are provided, as well as farm produce (figs, olives, wines) upon request, or better you can pick your own figs (January - March). Rosnay is a mixed organic farm and winery, created by the Statham family in 1997. Guests are invited to learn about the farm and taste the farm products with the Stathams in their shed, and are able to walk around the farm, ride bikes....

Indicative Rates

$130 to $330

Minimum two nights stay Base rate AUD130 per night for two adults, AUD50 per night for additional adults (maximum four extra, total six adults), children half price. If one person per room ( using the queen or twin rooms for one person only) surcharge of AUD20.

It has one twin room and one queen room with a spare single bed - so up to five guests are easily accommodated. For extra guests it also has a foldout couch in the sun room. There is a veranda with tables and barbecue, a kitchen-dining room, sunroom, cosy lounge room with internet and shared bathroom.
