The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) is the most
comprehensive source of Australian digital tourism information. The ATDW content complies
with national quality standards, developed by all State and Territory Tourism Offices,
resulting in a dataset that is both accurate and consistent.
The ATDW dataset is comprised of over 25,000 records in eight categories ranging
from Destination Information to Tours. The ATDW also boasts an image library of
over 70,000 images to supplement the records. Please see ATDW Content for more
details about the number of records by category.
ATDW and V3 Alliance: Tourism Exchange Australia

ATDW has launched a breakthrough initiative in digital marketing for the entire
Australian tourism industry, with the signing of an alliance with
V3, delivering
Australia's first truly inclusive booking exchange. ATDW has teamed with V3 to provide
a new service, Tourism Exchange Australia
(TXA), using V3's unique Open Booking ExchangeTM technology. TXA links
tourism providers with distributors and is an industry-wide initiative,
covering accommodation, tours, attractions and events.
The TXA provides all types of tourism distributors, including travel agents and
online publishers, with access to the tourism companies' real-time price and
availability; and importantly the opportunity to book directly with the tourism
supplier online or use their own booking engine.
Please visit Tourism Exchange
Australia and Press Releases for more information
on this exciting venture.
